For 20+ years, Sheila Magee has served America’s Fortune 1000 corporations, public sector entities, (county and city governments), multi-national financial institutions, family owned businesses, and non-profits. Sheila is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Association for Talent Development (ATD). She is certified as a DOT-Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DOT-DBE), Woman’s Business Enterprise (WBE), Woman’s Owned Business Enterprise (WOBE), and Woman’s Owned Small Business (WOSB).

Sheila’s company, Antrim Consulting, offers customized Organization Development initiatives that strengthen current and future services, leadership, and workforce performance. Her areas of expertise are:  Strategic Planning, Succession Planning, Change Management, and Executive Coaching.  She excels in the customized design and facilitation of on-site workshops for Communication, Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution, Emotional Intelligence, and Values-based Leadership.

Additionally, she has worked as an Adjunct Professor teaching U.S. Constitutional Law and U.S. History.  She does not consider teaching a job – it is her passion!

Sheila brings a high degree of ethics and Servant Leadership to each client engagement and uses a highly collaborative approach to achieve rapid process change and culture transformation at each level of an organization.

Sheila earned a B.A. (History), an M.S.O.D./H.R., and a J.D. from Loyola University, Chicago.  She speaks three languages, and has traveled widely. She has served clients in Australasia and Europe.

Sheila is an avid reader, traveler, and straps on her cross country skis whenever she can find snow!

Jeffrey V. Ramsbottom

B.A.,Honors, B.S, M.A., MBA, Ph.D.

For over 40 years Jeffrey Ramsbottom has lived and worked in Europe, North America, and Asia.  Dr. Ramsbottom has served as a visiting professor from 2000 at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Shanghai and at Ling Nan College, Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangdong, PRC.  He was Director/Dean of Executive Education at the Manchester Business School, Manchester, UK from (1994-1999) and Senior Fellow in Strategy & International Business (1996-2007) and Visiting Senior Fellow.  He remains a recognized and valued international management consultant to global corporations.

For over 20 years, Dr. Ramsbottom and Dr. Magee have collaborated on various academic and corporate consulting projects on Strategic and Succession Planning, Executive Coaching, and Change Management.

Dr. Ramsbottom was educated at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, England where he earned a BA (Honors), BSc, and an MA.  He was awarded an MBA from Harvard Business School, Boston and a Ph.D. from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
